Mental Health America of Arizona (MHA-AZ) is a proud affiliate of Mental Health America (MHA), the nation's leading community-based non-profit organization founded in 1909 by Clifford Beers. MHA has a long history of advocating for mental health and supporting individuals in their journey toward wellness. Our mission at MHA-AZ aligns with this national vision, focusing on improving mental health across our state by addressing stigma, promoting access to quality care, and supporting community-based initiatives.
 

Our vision is to create a mentally healthy Arizona where stigma is eliminated, and disparities in treatment are eradicated. We are dedicated to advancing mental health awareness, fostering inclusive support systems, and ensuring equitable access to resources for all individuals. By working collaboratively with community partners and leveraging our expertise, MHA-AZ strives to enhance the overall mental well-being of our state, empowering everyone to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
